I just wanna know why the ammo tanks and weapons bought!
Why do the Feds think there is going to be civil way and are stockpiling weapons against the
American People!
This in it’s self shows there is an act of war against the common citizen!
What has spurned this action against the populace?
Will it take a civil war for Washington to concede Government belongs to the People and nothing else!
Is the future to stand in line for the horse meat the government will dole out to the citizen!
All of congress and only McCain and Lindsay speak for the pubs!

The 0bama-Holder definition of ‘imminent’ was “could happen sometime maybe” so I’m not really comforted by the phrase “engaged in combat.”

Interesting choice of words: a combatant, not an enemy combatant. The letter does not make this distinction.
On the bright side if someone fights on the side of the regime as a combatant there is nothing in the letter that prevents them from also being the legitimate subject to drone strikes—not of course by the regime—since they will also be combatants.
The reality of all this is that if they feel they can they will do whatever they want and ignore letters, laws, and the constitution.
At least Senator Paul stood up to Holder.
That vote by Rubio did not surprise me one bit but our other new conservative ‘rock star’ Allen West’s voting for the Nazi Germany style, indefinite detention of American citizens, by our own military, with NO due process required, NDAA bill sure did. Surprised the hell out of me. I really thought he was different, turned out I was wrong.
Depends on the target's proximity to other people and structures and the munition used, but yes, a drone strike using laser guided munitions (Hellfire missile) is very precise.

A letter form Holder is worthless. It’s the POTUS that decides when and where the drones are used. He’s even bragged about this. This letter should be from Obama.

Holder is a real loser. The man was gone for months on end until after the election, as he never answered/really faced questions about “Fast and Furious.” Then Benghazzi blew up, and; Holder is still gone until after the election. This entire admin has anti Americans in power from the HMFIC of Education who wants to teach little boys to be gay in school to our AA Pres who we still have not seen a BC and no college transcripts. Sad as hell as God certainly destroyed a city full of perverts.
The problem for Barry’s administration is that recent “signature” foreign drone strikes have been based on a redefinition of “imminent danger” so corrupted that a drone strike can be triggered by mere suspicion that certain behavior patterns of individuals or groups mirror previous precursor terrorist activity.
For this trigger-happy administration it is not at all clear what would prevent this new foreign-applied definition of (not-at-all) “imminent danger” to be applied to persons within US whether identified as US citizens or not, now that Holder has reserved to right of POTUS to strike citizens “engaged in combat” within the US.
For the foreign strikes, it isn’t necessary to ID citizens, either!

“Deal” with them, eh? I’ve been thinking this myself for a while. There should be plenty of ex-police/military drone technicians and pilots going forward who aren’t keen on tyranny. Most (but not all) ex-military are not big on government takeover and overlord-ism.
