Good on ya, Dr. Paul.
Personally, I still think he was too polite about it. I’d have much preferred him to say something to those two clowns along the lines “crouch down and lick the jackboot that kicks you”..
But that’s just me.

Paul asked the proper question. There is a scenario where an American citizen could be involved in combat against America, on US soil, that would require a miliary - not a police - response. It’s not beyond imagination that a heavily terrorist cell could cross the porous southern border and engage in an attack on US interests, whether private or public. If the military had to be called in to quell such an attack, they could hardly be expected to start singling out American citizen “Mohammed Hassan” from the Mideast terrorists who are with him. That is different than an American who is on U.S. soil and known to have engaged in previous terrorist attacks against US interests, in which case he would have to be arrested.

Those Old White Flag Republicans are truly traitors to our Constitution!
You nailed it last night with your keen observation and Holder was forced to come through this morning with “his White Flag.”

Im not anti war by any means but I see no reason to spend decades at war and no reason at all to be involved in other nations internal conflicts.I'm not anti-war either. I'm against going to war if you're not going to fight it to win as soon as possible and then go home.
We forgot how to do that after 1950.

If we can find a terrorist with a drone in the U.S., getting plenty of boots on the ground to stop him is not a problem.
When it comes to terrorists in Waziristan or Yemen or Pakistan, on the other hand...
Drones are a tool best used when the risk to your troops is too high to go in.

I’m so glad that Paul brought the RINO war out into the open. Low information Republican voters didn’t know about the divide.
I’m also glad that he’s doing a victory dance on Zero’s head...
-— “Under duress and under public humiliation the White House will respond and do the right thing. -—
This will make the preezy vewy, vewy, angwy, and will lead to a tantrum and another mistake.
To: conservaterian
-— Sorry Rand, but if some terrorist (American citizen or not) is heading to a city or major sports arena, etc. to set off a nuke and we can take him out with a drone I say go for it. -—
No one is disputing that. The hypothetical example was the droning of an accused terrorist sitting in a cafe.

"...Holder was forced to come through this morning with his White Flag.I knew 0bama's ego would compel him to respond and that same narcissism caused him to send out a subordinate to do it. As if that somehow means he didn't respond. He has the mind of a smart aleck 8 yr old which makes him very predictable. But 0bamugabe still looks weak because reality overrules his fantasy.
After having to have the answer dragged out him who believes that he really means it that he wouldn't order the assassination of an American citizen on U.S. soil?
And McCain?
McCain says:
"Why don't you shut your political pie hole?"
Stifling the www? Online Freedom of Speech Act (H.R. 1606)
"1606 is needed because federal courts have ordered the Federal Election Commission to regulate "electioneering communications" on the Internet because of the Bipartisan Campaign Finance Reform Act (McCain-Feingold). If H.R. 1606 fails to become law, your Web site or blog could be shut down for the 30 days prior to a primary election and the 60 days prior to a general election should you express "electioneering communications."

Thank you for posting your response, I went through to see if anyone had cleared it up for soldierdad.
What you said is exactly what Rand covered over and over in those 13 hours. I watched a good 10 hours of it and knew what he was stating.
Btw, thanks for your service :)

- ...by softening its edge on some volatile social issues and altering its image as the party always seemingly "eager to go to war... We do need to expand the party and grow the party and that does mean that we don't always all agree on every issue" ... the party needs to become more welcoming to individuals who disagree with basic Republican doctrine on emotional social issues such as gay marriage... "We're going to have to be a little hands off on some of these issues ... and get people into the party," Paul said. [Rand Paul: Time for GOP to soften [immigration, gay marriage] stance]
- One day after announcing on his radio show that he is "truly considering" running in 2014 for the U.S. Senate seat now held by New Jersey's Frank Lautenberg, Rivera amped up his message today in a television interview and a column on the Fox News Latino website... a moderate Republican who is fiscally conservative but also supports gay marriage and Roe v. Wade... [Geraldo Rivera declares himself a 'moderate Republican' as he eyes U.S. Senate run]
