As you may know, Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution sets forth the eligibility requirements for serving as President of the United States: “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

Senator McCain realizes that there is nothing that he could say that would convince a birther and therefore wisely chooses not to get involved.
Fwiw, I'm not all that sure McCain is/was eligible either, nor are a couple of the currently favored republican up and comings.
Weird how the ineligible are the only candidates that get run by the PTB these days...what's up with that? Or, better question, what's next?
Since last year, the Department of Homeland Security has stockpiled more than 1.6 billion bullets, mainly .40 caliber and 9mm hollow point rounds. DHS also purchased 2,700 Mine Resistant Armor Protected Vehicles (MRAP).
They have to let prisoners go due to budget sequestration that hasn't hit yet, but go on a spending spree for anti-civilian weapons and ammo???

Senator McCain realizes that Barack Obama, Barry Soetoro, Steve Dunham is not eligible to be President due to lack of eligibility docs and chooses not to get involved.

Citizens should flood Congress with simple, even terse or blunt questions to our elected officials asking them to:
“Please explain the Constitutional meaning of the phrase, ‘natural born citizen’ and you arrive at that definition.”

He’s stopped answering my emails asking him what the definition of a Natural born citizen is. I’ve received this same non-answer for years. And if I call his office I get the same non-answer. He’s useless.
