TomGuy—my theory is that you are the ONLY PERSON NOT RELATED to Boner or DNC Dave actually watching and listening.

Probably, but I couldn't bring myself to watch smarmy Wallace interviewing Mitt and Ann. I only have 32 oz bottle of antacid in the bathroom cabinet.

Raul Labrador is the only reason I will tune into MTP today. He is truly an articulate conservative voice. The last time I saw him on there he carved up Jennifer Granholm.

Obama is going to eviscerate the military regardless of what any Republican tries to do about it. He won. He will be president for most of the next four years. He hates anything military. He is going to decimate our nuclear arsenal, our navy ships, our air force airplanes, and our ground forces. Nothing can stop him. We have to learn to live with it. At least with the sequester, we get a few other cuts, as well.

He won’t eviserate it, per se. What he wants is a force loyal to him and his Demovik party, not the nation. And he’s getting there.

I agree with you about the sequester. Amazing there are finally “cuts” (albeit in proposed increases) and they are all BLAMING one another.

Not one person in DC wanting CREDIT for cutting the spending.

The Romneys are a class act compared to the circus now in the White House. Mitt got bad campaign advice from the so-called brains behind his campaign. He should have told them to take a hike. Plus, Obama played dirty politics which is the game the Democrats play.

So, what I want to know is, how did any of this obscene spending continue after the Rs took back the House?

I noticed that, too. That chart points out when the Dems took control of Congress. What about now? The House is controlled by the Pubbies. And Open-Checkbook-George was no friend to budget cutting.

This economic crisis cannot just be blamed on one party or the other. BOTH are responsible. Even now, Pubbie governors are folding, one after another, to get their share of the Federal Medicaid money under Obamacare from Santa Obama.

You are more than entitled to your good opinion of Romney. You won’t get much sympathy for it around here. Loyal voters routinely blame their fave candidates’ advisors for losses at the polls—btu advisers reflect the candidates.

As for Mitt and Ann themselves, I see them as throwbacks— paleo-liberals much in the Jack and Jackie mold. He has great hair and she’s just gorgeous and beautifully gracious. It would have been RINO Camelot.

Karl doesn’t get it. Selecting token candidates will not win minority votes. We can’t beat the Dems with identity politics.

But, a heck of a lot better than a second Obama term.

Pathetic that a few other senators won't bother to show up once in a while.

LOL. The other senators are not being invited. The MSM decides who comes on these shows.

What I can't and never will understand is how Mitt would even consider putting himself, let alone Ann, in the same room with ANY of those media pimps.

Put in the same position, I'd have to be restrained from tearing the phony [BLEEP]'s head off, national television and all.

If both sides would simply adopt even a slightly modified portion of this plan, this would be over - and our nation could look forward to long term economic growth and our military security would not be gutted.

Disagree. The welfare state is unsustainable. Kicking the can down the road will not solve our long term problems. We just added a third entitlement program, Obamacare, that will just hasten the bankruptcy of this country.

Yabut, Bush has been out since 2008/9.

I think the big question for Boner, Ryan, Cantor etc, is:

"Why didn't you slam on the brakes when you took back the House?"

Today's agenda—destroy the TEA Party! Unlike the GOP-e RINOs, both the Democrats and conservatives know that the grassroots organizations are the #1 threat to socialist tyranny in America.

I agree..Boehner did ok...but we need more “emotional” presentations on the spending and Obama care and gun control:

the Rape victims that advocated NO gun control that Beck had on his program.

Hysterical Greeks and Italians that are now devestated by their economy telling us how it would be like this for us.

Frightened seniors that their medicare and health care will be cut if we DON”T deal with the issue NOW and what Obamacare is already doing.

Dems win through emotions...we appeal through intellect and that won’t work for Low info Voters.

Well stated PB. The only other alternative is a third Party, which if we are going to lose anyway is a real possibility. If everything we know about politics is wrong, then fearing a third party is wrong too.

Pray for America

I agree!!!!

Specifically, I blame Bush/RINOs for giving us Ubama and his communism.

Every day it looks like that was the plan of the shadow govt.

Once again you hit a home run buddy. I was thinking over the weekend what can we do to keep the base as enthusiastic as the obmaphone/moochers are. It's not all that difficult.

Support conservatism! Remember every time it's tried it works(RR)!

When one of our guys gets out of line their should also be consequences. If conservative values are meaningless than what kind of party do we have?

Gotta work today.I'll be on the road soon. If we have a sitting governor that sells out the election for a few bucks he might get from the dear leader take away his republican credentials and send him to the all mighty independent side.

When we have an ex-general who does radio commercials for the Dear Leader three days before a major election send him packing.

If there are no consequences for actions there is no party worth fighting for!

This economic crisis cannot just be blamed on one party or the other. BOTH are responsible.

They may both be responsible, but not equally responsible. It is the welfare state that is killing this country. It started with FDR and was expanded by LBJ and Obama. Yes, Bush 43 added the prescription drug program, but the Dems are the architects.

It all boils down to different views on the role of government. The Dems are the party of Big Government and the Reps are the ones who want a smaller Big Government. The ruling class has decided our fate and the public must follow along. In fact, most of the public seems to support the culture of dependency.
