If so, it is very good.
If not, then we truly have entered the nightmare of our worst imaginings.
Build a fence around that beleaguered and tormented locality, and patrol it with drones, treating the city limits at a frontier to a foreign country.
Because that is what Detroit has become.

Detroit is such a burned out, broken down Hellhole that I’m not sure what can bring it back. Perhaps spending $20 or $30 million to plow over a big chunk of it isn’t such a bad idea.
