A shooting target company is now providing realistic targets depicting pregnant women, elderly men, young women, and children. An interview with a company representative revealed that the targets were made available upon request by law enforcement agencies. The company has to date received $5.5 million in contracts from DHS.

He still work for H&S Precision ???
These aren't "normal citizens".
Normal citizens would include Asians, Hispanics, Blacks, Arabs, Native American Indians and Asian Indians.
These are all White or perhaps European Jews...
If they want realistic targets, they will ask for targets made to look like your average male ghetto dweller.
I think I read yesterday, here on FR, that this target company has pulled said targets off the market.
“According to this long-time LE officer, targets like this have been used for a very long time, along with overlays that cover up the firearm.”
True.
When I was a Federal law enforcement officer in the 70s & 80s, this type of training existed under the title of Shoot, Don’t Shoot.
Since the “Law Enforcement” person in this quote is clearly either unaware or lying about the percentage of armed women, school age girls and little boys shooting uniformed officers, I must assume such sham arguments justify calling this Gubment trough feeding, copsucking apologist “Lil’ Red Shambo.
Lil’ Red Shambo is what happens when America allows collectivists into power.
A cop is an armored target, and the usual handgun is not a risk at all comparable to the risk the power crazed Lil’ Red Shambo’s pose to the public.
Fire the cops and arm the citizens - AND put a bounty on violent criminals.
Trayvon should have been a resource to be harvested, not a reason for his victim to be jailed and made into a combination of Dreyfus a punching bag for America’s racists pandering to blacks.
Excellent observation. And none of the males were younger Zero voter age either.
Great, thanks, I knew I’d seen another one.
Yes they did, complete with an apology.
Yet we still had a copsucker assert that this was a false story, that they never did it, that their web site was hacked/spoofed, and the targets weren't very realistic anyway...
Thanks to you and everyone else that directed me to the earlier thread.
Still though I didn’t see that earlier one and I’m pleased anyway to the response to this one. I think though that all of us might want to think more than emote when we run across stuff like this. Personally my first reaction was anger at even the thought of making targets like this. After giving myself some time to think about this more and to peruse others comments makes me think that this is another effort in desensitizing “someone”, be it LEO’s or DHS’ers.
There have been many complaints about first person shooter games desensitizing their players. But in the end it’s a controller or a mouse and the video screen in front of the players. With these targets the shooter has a “real” gun in their hands, real bullets, real noise, real smells. It’s a whole different paradigm I believe.
You guys got a link or title to search for on the earlier link? missed it, and like to keep up with the badge-licker list.
They need to have women in truck targets and cop targets.
Belay that last, see you posted the link.
See the links in post #s 16 and 25 in this thread.
So, is turnabout fair play? Can the peasants request “realistic” targets of those requesting the “realistic” targets of them?
Target practice like this helps young men habituate to the idea of killing women and children.
Shall we assume Obama's private army will be made up of violent criminals - under the guise of 'giving jobs to people the rest of us see as monsters'... Nation of Islam is recruiting among violent street gangs. Janet too?
I don’t think so, but am not an expert. Just superficially checked up a couple of times using the pipes of the ‘net.
