The links to the story are not working, but I will inject my opinion:
That "man" was not defacing Zero's portrait but merely expressing his artistic freedom.

He should spread s**t on it and call it art.
He could name it “Feces on Crap”.

Whatever happened to the guy who defaced that Chick-Fil-A? Oh yeah, I remember. The charge was dropped.

It’s not a mural, it’s a political ad that’s past its time. And I doubt whether it’s worth very much, since a bunch of volunteers helped to repaint it. Ergo, not a Picasso.
I seriously doubt whether this would be treated as a felony if this were an old campaign poster of George Bush.

Why shouldn’t there be a felony charge here?
Saddam Hussein wouldn’t put up with it, Jung-un would do something, same with Ma0, Castro and Stalin. likewise, Same with Ø’.

If we were talking about a likeness of Mao Tse Tung having been added no criminal charges could have been lodged because Mao was obviously one of Osama Obama’s mentors...along with Saul Alinsky,Bill Ayers and “Reverend” Wright. The accuracy of Mao's image being added would have made the act one of free expression rather than “vandalism”.

Doesn't the owner know that is an assault rifle he's carrying -- and the supreme one doesn't like that! Funny how this is okay because it goes with something the liberals support - but bad for the rest of us...

1. It wasn’t his property so no matter what you feel about the subject, it was vandalism.
2. Charged with a felony; are you kidding? Vandalism is a misdemeanor and possibly could result in a civil suit as well but not felony.
3. Where else have we seen ‘dear leader’ murals everywhere? Hmmmm...
