It is private property and we do no have the right to go splash paint on property that we do not own.

And if the prosecution has a video of the accused vandalizing the private property, there is little or no chance that the accused will be found not guilty.

I would agree if I were on the jury. In Ohio, campaign posters must be removed within 24 hours of an election or they could be fined.
However, it support of “freedom of speech”, I can’t condone vandalism.
Let it stand proudly as a reminder of what disaster befalls a once proud nation when liberals are allowed to control the message.
