Full title:
In true North Korean fashion, women are 'encouraged' to choose from 18 officially sanctioned hairstyles (and men only get ten!)
The program even claimed there were health reasons not to grow long hair including the bizarre claim that long hair would rob the brain of energy.
LOL! These people have long since past crazy.
Check out the picture at the link for the 18 approved women's hairstyles and the men's hairstyles. I know they really want to avoid "western influence", but would it really be so bad to have something that doesn't look so dated? I suppose if I had to choose, I'd go with #2. Thank God I don't have to. Communism is a miserable system, but I'm sure the libs will say that's not "real" communism, and dictatorial things like this wouldn't happen if they gifted us with a worker's "paradise" here.
