The UAW president (Bob King) is trying to rewrite history by blaming their prop 2 power grab attempt on RTW in Michigan despite the fact its exactly opposite. (They’re also blaming Dick DeVos and the Koch brothers.)

In 2011, 11.8 percent of all workers were union. That dropped to 11.3 percent in 2012.”
Imagine how much lower those percentages would be if government workers weren't allowed to form unions.

To discover your secret porn star name, take the name of your child hood pet and the name of the street where you grew up. If you grew up on a numbered street, choose the one close to you.

Unions should not be permitted in any job that is paid with taxpayer money. If they want to get together to negotiate contracts they should pool their money and hire a lawyer or other negotiator, or if they want a union they should write out a check each week and pay their dues etc themselves.

The plan was to win Barry a second term and then shove Card Check up our behinds via the back door.

Unfortunately for the union bosses, the Appeals ruling that his NRLB recess appointments were invalid has put a severe kink in those plans.

While the right has had some victories over the Unions in Wisconsin, Michigan and Indiana vis-a-vis Right to Work. I’d attribute the decline in membership more to Obamanomics than electoral success of Republicans.

1) Unions priced themselves out of business in most industries. Socialists always run out of other peoples money.

2) Unions have provided incentive and made possible great advancements in automated manufacturing due to labor costs and difficulty in dealing with them.

This is an excellent column - - well written and interesting. Also, very optimistic.
