Hagel 'Doesn't Recall' Remark on Israel Controlling State Dept.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said that he has accepted a new disclaimer from President Obama’s defense secretary nominee Chuck Hagel (R-Neb.) disavowing one of his many offensive statements about the state of Israel.

Graham told “Fox News Sunday” that he received a new letter from the beleaguered nominee in which Hagel claimed he “did not recall” the odious statement-- allegedly made during a speech at Rutgers University in 2007-- in which he argued that the State Department is controlled by the Israeli Foreign Minister’s office.

“Well, if in fact that’s true, that would end the matter,” Graham said, adding, “I just take him at his word unless something new comes along.”

“I'm glad he answered my question about a very disturbing comment he allegedly made,” he told Fox News.

Obama must have some smut on Lindsey Graham.

What a horrible retraction by Graham.

Hagel is a mental midget, a place holder for Obama’s dictatorial power foisted on our military.Hagel has two major missions:

1) to do exactly what Obama says without regard for advice coming from our military command,

2) and to fall on his own sword.

Obama wants these keep-silent, yes-men, cabinet officials such as Hagel and Brennan, for the simple purpose of creating a slow,media supported, silent putsch.

I doubt Obama will step down at the end of his term.

A college speech might well have been recorded. An enterprising Rutgers Alum could make life more difficult for Lindsay Graham by producing an audio record and publicizing it. Graham has an endless capability for rolling over, but he is worried about the 2015 election so his spine could temporarily stiffen.

Our problem is that the dimocRATS have stolen the election machinery, and we have to ensure that the elections of 2014 and 2016 are fair.
