Private sales F-T-F between Pa residents require no such check.
Why of course you can buy anything you want. Just like at gun shows(except in Harrisburg.). Anybody can sell anything with no checks of any kind. NOT! Private sales are just that. PRIVATE. Gun shops and shows must follow the same background checks regardless.
Read somewhere that firearms sales are up like 91% since hussein’s first immaculation. So, some really simple comparative/statistical math would seem to indicate that with that many newly acquired firearms, the incidence of mass shooting should be way bigger than it is.
