Wednesday night on The OReilly Factor, Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, broke a series of previously unreleased US Department of Agriculture Videos featuring required Cultural Sensitivity Training. The program required employees to chant, The pilgrims were illegal aliens, never to use the word minorities and to replace it instead with emerging majorities, and other similarly leftist tripe.
The sensitivity training sessions taped here were held on USDA premises, and is part of what Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack termed the departments new era of Civil Rights and broader effort towards cultural transformation at USDA. The training sessions were created by diversity awareness trainer Samuel Betances at a cost of approximately $200,000.
The video highlights include:
Betances explaining to USDA employees that If you take a look at all of you here and you think about your salaries and your benefits and what you have left undone plus my fee plus the expense of the team that putting the video together, this is a huge expense.

The Pilgrims settled territory that the Spaniards claimed was part of the Viceroyalty of New Spain, so that must make them “illegal aliens.”
Yes they were. And how did that work out for the Native Americans?
bump.
We all had to attend some sort of sensitivity training when I was a civilian employee of the Air Force back in 1973. Everyone had to attend including military and civilians.
It was pretty awful back then but this sounds like it is even worse. I can’t watch the video but can imagine what it is like.
They landed at Plymouth colony which was immediately SOUTH of the national boundary with Acadia ~ that boundary starts on the tip of Cape Cod at that old brick wall they found some years ago ~ although imagined as something Vikings might have built, the wall is actually the BenchMark for the baseline that runs from there to Lake Erie and which constitutes most of today's Southern boundary for Massachusetts and New York state just West of Hancock.
The original Virginia/Acadia line is basically the NY/PA state line.
Which is to say the PIlgrims settled in a land set aside for them by the KIng of Spain! Would that hispanics respected the law as much.
There was no law at Plymouth Massachusetts barring entry by the pilgrims. Since no law was broken, they could not have been illegal aliens. How tough is this?
I guess you can’t really expect a bunch of government employees and their expensive lecturer to know that there were no immigration laws here in 1620. There wasn’t a United States of America for that matter. “Illegal aliens”? I don’t thinks so.
England TOOK the territory a bit later ~ doing so as the strongest power available to rule Virginia, and besides, King James had already been assigned Acadia by Filippe ~ they knew each other well ~ and New France had been assigned to France, but with an indeterminant boundary between Acadia and New France. I think that happened when Argall, then Governor of Virginia, picked up the Surveyors in a rowboat, in distress, out in the Bay of Fundy and took them back to Jamestown. They'd apparently been surveying the boundary between the former Portuguese colony and New France.
There are a number of other border anomalies that popped up in the East where you'd think the Spanish and other Europeans would have had a good grasp of things and not made those mistakes, but out West, up in what is now Saskatchewan, the Spanish had surveyors marking a line from Minnesota to West Central Saskatchewan (meeting 54 degrees 40 minutes) to make sure Spanish territory in the otherwise totally unexplored West was not mistaken for French land (otherwise identified as the watershed draining into Hudson's Bay).
It's interesting that officially Spain didn't know about the entry to the inside passage but in marking this point they definitely gave away a few state secrets! Cabrillo didn't go up there for a longtime after Spain delineated New France all the way to the West Coast!
I’m betting that Native American’s claimed no national jurisdiction, nor had any immigration policy.

I’m not related to any original “pilgrims”, are you?
This is literally treason by this fed agency.
My jaw dropped reading this. Are you freaking kidding me with this bull?
If I was a worker forced to witness this I would have unleashed a very nasty rant at the man in charge and laughed in his face, making my point to demean the content and intent of having us watch it to the best of my ability. Then I would spit on him and quit on the spot, get a lawyer, and file a discrimination case immediately against the agency.
The fact our own gov. is a) taking ridiculous stands such as this video in the first place and b) Forcing people to “chant/recite out loud” anything at all is freaking creepy and tells we are in for more shit than you could ever have imagined in this country.
Things will be getting much, much worse and likely at this point there won’t be any getting better.
I mean really!? “Pilgrims were illegal immigrants”? not only is that inflammatory but it is simply ignorantly inaccurate. Pure retardedness!
I used to think most people were normal and rational, but the fact something like this ever got approved and implemented makes me thing that the large, large majority of our people in the USA are truly evil and or, actively gunning for enslavement/debasement of “whitey”.
What law or laws did the Pilgrims violate by coming to North America in the 1600's?
I saw video of this “Diversity Training” session on “The Factor” earlier tonight and it was downright creepy.
It reminded me of Nazi Germany.
This wasn’t training, this was brainwashing.
If my company did this, I would be in HR with my Attorney the next day.
Huh? Oh you musta been in on that sensitivity training session... You meant to say Redskins, obviously.
Bump....
