Sorry to hear that. I remember you were sharing a car for a while with family.
2 of my 3 daughter's families are having a very hard time. Long layoffs and pay cuts as well as short hours have been very destructive. Not much the other girl and I can do to help but we try to keep everyone fed and the power on!
I get so angry at the lack of understanding about this fool's intentions for the country. Well, maybe we are the fools and he is not.

We are running the wheels off of the little Ford Focus, the kids leave at 5;30 AM, SIL drops my daughter at her job then drives 45 minutes to his. This time of year it's dark when they get home.
Daughter got promoted to supervisor, that is helping out a little bit.
Grandson rides his bike to work if his girlfriend can't take him.
