Do you understand just how absurd your argument is in the face of the facts as we understand them today? That Dorner had killed a deputy and wounded another while trying to shoot his way out of the very structure in question? He was not passively holed up in that cabin. He had actively killed from it.
Your arguments fly in the face of basic concepts of self-defense, whether it be civilians or LEOs.
You are right. I don’t mourn this man, but I don’t like how this was handled, and wonder if Obama or his minions had any input.
