Charred human remains have been found in the burned cabin where police believe fugitive ex-cop Christopher Dorner was holed up after trading gunfire with law enforcement, authorities said.
If the body is identified to be Dorners, the standoff would end a weeklong manhunt for the ex-LAPD officer and Navy Reserve lieutenant who is believed to be responsible for a string of revenge-fueled shootings following his firing by the Los Angeles Police Department several years ago. Four people have died, allegedly at Dorners hands.

I am not familiar with Naval ranks. Army Captain has two silver bars, “Railroad tracks”, which a picture of Dorner had on a cammo shirt he was wearing. Is this a lieutenant insignia like the article says?

I believe 2 silver bars in the USN is indeed an LT.

Yeah, because Dorner came out and said, “Oh please Lord, don’t shoot me....don’t shoot me.”

Bingo! I heard the entire thing go down on the scanners yesterday. Heard ‘go with the burn plan’.....’burners deployed’....and then ‘we have fire’. It left me with a very queasy feeling in the pit of my stomach..not for that evil SOB Dorner...but for the constitution and the bill of rights.

I listened to the tape. “Burners deployed, we have a fire.” is very clear on the recording.
Whatever else one thinks about this, the facts of the cause of the fire should be told and know.

Just my opinion but I would take what ever you find on infowars with a huge grain of salt. Alex isnt the most reliable or honest blogger out there.appears quite damning without more. If it was improperly edited or pulled totally out of context, the authorities better get the full, accurate version out and get out full, accurate explanations for some of the other highly incriminating clips that are included in that article. Otherwise, they're going to be facing a full-scale Rodney King firestorm.

It is quite a feat to have a plastic DL survive an inferno. Puhleese.

So cops can execute people as a first recourse. Goody.
Dorner was a murderer who deserved a trial, conviction and prompt execution.
Not a planned immolation before trial.

If the police actually intended to smoke him out into the open with his hands up, that would be a useful bit of information.
I haven’t seen that.

Its been a pretty common practice among law enforcement, especially federal law enforcement, that you will not be captured if you have killed one of theirs, you will be killed. This is why they opened fire on those two trucks that WERENT Dorners. And why they burned the Branch Davidian compound to the ground in Waco.

I don’t recall anyone having a video tape of who started the fire at Waco.
