Agreed, but they might want to take their time about it. If Roberts is indeed the left’s puppet, the senate would probably not vote to impeach him. Even if they did, President Obama would simply appoint another puppet. He’s already nominated two of them!

There’s no way to fix this mess easily or quickly. The one thing we have going for us? Even though the US Constitution apparently means Congress can do almost anything it wants, Congress can also undo everything if we someday have conservative majorities and a conservative president. That seems impossible, but short of collapse or revolution—events that would likely have worse outcomes—there’s zero hope of undoing any of this.
