Saturday was a day of remembrance for Trayvon Martin, as about a thousand people including actor Jamie Foxx united with the late teens family to march, pray, listen to music and hear inspirational messages, while pressing for justice in his killing.
The Trayvon Martin Foundation sponsored the I am Trayvon Day of Remembrance Community Peace Walk, to honor the unarmed, Miami Gardens teen fatally shot in Sanford on Feb. 26 of last year by neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman.
Were here to let the community, and particularly teenagers, know that they have the right to walk in peace without being followed, without being harmed and without being killed, Trayvons mother, Sybrina Fulton, told The Miami Herald at the start of the event at Ives Estate Park at 20901 NE 16th Ave. in north Miami-Dade. She said the walk would be held annually.

Jamie Foxx cracked jokes about killing white people, and no one was literate enough to read the Constitution.
Also going unmentioned was the truthful observation by St. Trayvon's mother that there was no evil intent on the part of George Zimmerman, made on the national tv show "Today", but since ignored by the media.
Also blacklisted was any mention of St. Trayvon's thug-like behavior.
The delusion was thick and deep, as it is among all pro-Obama demographic groups.
Just a harmless little tyke, minding his own bidness.
Maybe some Florida Freepers should organize a George Zimmerman walk to show some support for defending against attacks by young thug-wannabes.
Interesting that they did not march in Sanford. They had some little “prayer thingy” earlier in the week with about 12-15 people in front of the Seminole Court House, but that was it
I think the folks in Sanford are tired of Trayvon Martin and his Fraudulent Ambulance Chasers. Fact is that the kid got capped for playing the racist “Knockout” game
They have the right to case houses and help them selves to any thing not nailed down.
“the right to walk in peace without being followed, without being harmed and without being killed”
Being “followed” does give you the right to beat some one’s head into the pavement. Harming some one like that could get you killed.
Oh, that's what it's called. If I didn't know better, I would have thought it was called the "Let's Shape and Condition the Jury Pool FOR TrayVon Walk".
Just stay off my lawn!

I would advise mothers to teach their sons that stealing is wrong and to teach them not to go around looking in people’s windows to case the joint too. Oh and not to wear hoodies and walk around in neighborhoods where a lot of burglaries have ben occurring especially if they match the description of the perpetrator to a “T”

Funny how NO ONE IN THE MEDIA has asked whether the constant burglaries have stopped in that neighborhood.
Full coverage.
If they don’t lynch Zimmerman, it’s going to be a helluva riot.
Large Crows?
And NO PICTURES?
Everyone has a cell phone, why no pics?
NO CROWD. May be a little rentamob.
Were they upset that the news media was “stalking” them?
If somebody finds a loose Skittle in the grass I dare them to eat it!
His mom is as bad a piece of work as he was. NO ONE has the right to walk (in a public place) without being followed.
St Trayvon the Thug had every right to walk where he wanted to. George Zimmerman had every right to follow him wherever he watned to.
If the perp got upset about it because he was being “dissed” then he should stick to his own ghetto. Attacking someone who is following you is not a good survival strategy.

It’d be interesting to know if the crime rate has gone down over the past year.
