Being “followed” does give you the right to beat some one’s head into the pavement. Harming some one like that could get you killed.

I would advise mothers to teach their sons that stealing is wrong and to teach them not to go around looking in people’s windows to case the joint too. Oh and not to wear hoodies and walk around in neighborhoods where a lot of burglaries have ben occurring especially if they match the description of the perpetrator to a “T”
