I will survive the snow storm, it is still nice and warm here in Texas. I have no intention of going to the North East.

Guns are the norm here in Upstate NY as well.

There’s one local school district which gave the kids the day before Thanksgiving off because until just recently, it was opening day of deer season.

So many kids and teachers were off out hunting that they decided that it would just be better to shut the school down for the day.

There are more guns and cows in my section of the state than people.

Guns are the norm in lot of places in the USA. At the plant where I work they give in to the inevitable and close for the first day of deer season.

Three quarters of the workforce will be up in trees on that day including the females.
