Guns are the norm here in Upstate NY as well.
There’s one local school district which gave the kids the day before Thanksgiving off because until just recently, it was opening day of deer season.
So many kids and teachers were off out hunting that they decided that it would just be better to shut the school down for the day.
There are more guns and cows in my section of the state than people.

Same sort of thing here in Michigan as well. We’ve even got open carry in the cities.
Unfortunately NYC pollutes the entire state with PC nonsense. NYC is run by Fascists like Bloomberg and Cuomo.
How is this reversed? Constitutional Challenge? In another time the Supreme Court would rule in favor of the wording of the Constitution. Now we have Justices who think the Constitution is a poor code for the Fed Government.
Will freedom Prevail. We Shall see.
