Will Governor Cuomo Hear from the Concerned "Vocal Minority?"
Albany, NY- Thousands of concerned New Yorkers from around the state will gather on the West side of the NYS Capitol in Albany on Tuesday, February 12th from 11-2 to voice their concerns over the SAFE Act and support the Second Amendment. This event is being sponsored by many pro-Second Amendment Groups, including turn Albany Upside Down, the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association (NYSRPA), and S.C.O.P.E.
Many pro-Second Amendment supporters were offended to hear their concerns marginalized by Governor Cuomo as "a very vocal minority." Organizers are encouraging Governor Cuomo and other legislators who voted in favor of the SAFE Act to participate in the event so they may better understand the concerns of a majority of NY'ers, including many law enforcement, County legislators and sheriffs, who are in increasing numbers refusing to enforce the bill.
"Since the bill was passed in the dark of night our event will give Governor Cuomo the opportunity to address his concerned constituents in the light of day" said event organizer Gary L Perry.
The rally will take place from 11-2, and features speakers such as Stewart Rhodes (Montana based founder of Oathkeepers), NYSRPA president Tom King, former Gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino, Senators Kathy Marchione, Greg Ball and Lee Zeldin; Assemblypeople Steve Katz, Steve McLaughlin, Claudia Tenney and Ann-Marie Buerkle; Outspoken Albany Legislator Debora Busch Charles Heller (Founder of the Arizona Citizen's Defense League) and Deneen Borelli (Fox news contributor and frequent guest on Hannity, Glenn Beck, O'Reilly), plus many more. Local 1300 radio personality Melody Burns will emcee the event.
Many average citizens from every NY district will be lobbying the legislators in their offices throughout the day. Turn Albany Upside Down is a grass roots political organization calling on all grassroots organizations and individual people to partner with us to find candidates to vet to run against long term entrenched big government elected officials who do not represent "We the People". Unlike both the Republican & Democrat Parties "Turn Albany Upside Down" does not steer away from primaries but encourages primaries to give the voters a choice.

In the America of my youth this so-called SAFE act would end up in the Supreme Court and be tossed out as unconstitutional. Can’t say today’s America will do the same. Tragic! Since the 70’s we Americans are losing our rights and our say. We have an unresponsive congress that is only interested in its own aggrandizement.
Hey, here’s an idea, lets put black people in the back of the bus again. /s/
Paging Henry Bowman. Please pickup the nearest white courtesy telephone. Paging Henry Bowman.
What are you a 150 years old. I haven’t seen the courts do much with guns until Heller.
I know several who are bringing salt shakers with potassium nitrate in them and spread it around to keep the dogs at bay.
The Governor will hear them-—he just won’t pay any attention.
The piece of puke already has his Pea brain made up.
He won’t be happy until all guns are confiscated or until his Gestapo becomes involved in some heavy firefights.
Given the fascinating behavior of the LAPD right now, I can't imagine he'd want the latter.
What was that phrase in Italian that Bob Grant was fond of throwing at this crook’s father?
I know Grant referred to Andrew as Andrew “Evil Eyes” Cuomo.
Good description.
It was;
Hey Mario, azienda me...tu se profiono sfacim!” (translation: “Hey Mario, listen to me...you’re a JERK!”)
How do you say “Andrew” in Italian?
Hey Andrea, azienda me...tu se profiono sfacim!
