I could care less about his “manifesto” and did not read it, however, He filed a complaint against his “Training Officer” for KICKING a Man in the HEAD while Handcuffed, the Victim “CONFIRMED” the Brutality, so did the Victims Father and other Witnesses, the Star Chamber in the LAPD WILLFULLY DISREGARDED THEIR TESTIMONY, and found the Probationary Officer to be LYING. So you might wish to actually get the facts straight. This does not mean they deserved to be Killed, just that THEY BROUGHT THIS ON THEMSELVES.

You should care about his manifesto. He details he perceived victimization by racists and Christians since elementary school. This guy has had a huge chip on his shoulder for years. He is as nuts as they come. You assume information not upheld at all in any hearing. I do not trust this guys word for anything. He has made accusations all of his life.

This is why the LAPD didn’t want his manifesto released to the media.. It makes the LAPD look reeeeeeealllly bad. And, why is the media going so over the top with 24/7 ‘massive manhunt’ coverage when the perp is targeting specific individuals? Because the specific individuals are them, not us.
The arrest was made in front of a hotel, in full view, with plenty of witnesses. These witnesses testified and not one saw the kick to the face. The supposed victim did not have injuries consistent with a kick to the face and did not make the claim until after the accusation was made.
Moreover, this now killer had a long history of disciplinary problems, poor judgement issues, and other incidents of being factually challenged. He even told his training officer he was waiting for probation to be completed so that he could sue the department.
He had all the markings of an affirmative action twit looking for a payout. The department rightfully canned him.
