The arrest was made in front of a hotel, in full view, with plenty of witnesses. These witnesses testified and not one saw the kick to the face. The supposed victim did not have injuries consistent with a kick to the face and did not make the claim until after the accusation was made.
Moreover, this now killer had a long history of disciplinary problems, poor judgement issues, and other incidents of being factually challenged. He even told his training officer he was waiting for probation to be completed so that he could sue the department.
He had all the markings of an affirmative action twit looking for a payout. The department rightfully canned him.
