RAT math...if I’m reading this right, a 1% increase as opposed to a 1.7% increase is a cut.

While I don’t approve in this case, he is at least being consistent in calling a reduction of a planned increase a spending cut...they do it all the time. This is what Democrats do: Reductions in planned increases are a CUT.

It IS a pay cut when you figure in the reduction in value of the dollar resulting from the forever quantitative easing, bailouts, etc.
... but then, that applies to anyone not stealing from the honest American taxpayer.
