Kyam Washington must have done something: He raped somebody, stole something, hit someone, or was just a bad guy with bad intentions who deserved a fractured skull.
That is what the lawyer and the newspaper said. The rape thing turned out not to be true. Whatever.
But that is why a mob of black people in Manhattan beat him with fists, kicks, a traffic cone and wooden board until they fractured his skull. And why they were in the middle of doing the same to a Good Samaritan before the police arrived.
All on video: Where at least 10 black people assaulted Washington, accompanied by the laughter, cheers, clapping, and encouragement of the nearby crowd.
A woman in a dress is seen taking off her high heeled shoes to take part in the beating. Others yell, We are from Yonkers, n and provide blow by blow commentary on the assault.
Thats good footage, there.
Hit him two more times.
Thats crazy.
The assault took place in 2010, but the case did not come to trial until last month, when police released the video.
Assistant District Attorney Lucy Cutolo told the jury: I need to warn you that the video youre going to see in this case contains graphic disturbing footage of possibly the most prolonged and brutal assault that you have ever, or will ever, see, reported the New York Daily News at the January trial.
Four were convicted of assault, others remain at large, unknown.
One of the attorneys claimed the entire thing was a miscarriage of justice.
Its unfair for a bunch of kids that may have gone a little bit too far to be facing unbelievable amounts of jail time ...........

Remember the FBI reports that Black males aged 12 - 18 account for nearly 70% of all violent crime in America. I think it’s time to start putting the animals in cages!
So you are not buying the attorney’s line that they are “just a bunch of kids who may have gone a little too far....”?
I am sure they were all just getting their lives turned around, honor students, holding jobs, about to go into the military, all that.... (/s)
You need to put down rabid animals.
I call BS. This couldn’t have happened. I didn’t read about it or see it on ABCBSMSNBC.

Actually, it's unfair that they were conceived and the rest of the world was burdened with their feral existence.
I surmise this attorney is the same race as the perpetrators. Maybe the judge should've given the thugs an option to receive a like and kind beating to include a fractured skull or go to jail.
Young black men are throwing off the refinements of Western Civilization, choosing instead to become predators. People who wish to act like animals should be put in zoos.
Depo-Provera in the water supply...
PING!
it’s tough to tell, but it seems the victim is black, and the good Samaritan that tries to help is Asian?
Isn’t it about time we expected some responsible behavior from some of our African American citizens? I suspect there are many who consider this to be correct behavior.
Super water guns loaded with bleach ... or whatev er ...
I think open carry ought to be normalized.
Four were convicted of assault, others remain at large, unknown.

Hideous violence. Does anyone really expect these animals will be punished for this savage brutality? Not a chance.
I have no patience with those who blame their lack of ambition in school or the work place on people they don’t even know. And we certainly have no use for the creeps who spawn all those millions of children, condemning them to be raised in fatherless homes, simultaneously condemning the rest of us to live with the violent, illiterate punks so many of them will inevitably grow up to be.
Thomas Sowell
Reminds me of the footage of the guys who raped and killed the Ambasador, and dragged him out of his hiding place to cheers and jeers.
Terrorists are- as terrorists do.
A celebration of the strength of diversity, but the dreadlock guy seems to getting the lions share.
