According to the London Times, the arch Conservatives at World Net Daily finally got one right. On Friday, WND reported the destruction of Irans top secret uranium enrichment facility at the Fordow nuclear installation. Fordow, buried deep under ground, is reported to have completely collapsed in a massive explosion, trapping 200 workers in the ruins of the facility.
WND published a report on the explosion written by a former Iranian Revolutionary Guard officer and CIA agent named Reza Kahlili, An author of several alarmist books and dozens of articles, Kahlili claims Iran intends to bring about a nuclear apocalypse in order to create an Islamic paradise on earth. For months now, critics have ridiculed his writings and claimed that WND is not a reliable source for news.
However on Monday, reports began to circulate in the mainstream media that there might be something to the story. Finally the London Times published an article confirming the story, citing Israeli intelligence officials in Tel Aviv, who discussed the story with the British newspaper.
An explosion is believed to have damaged Irans Fordow nuclear facility, which is being used to enrich uranium, Israeli intelligence officials have told The Times. Sources in Tel Aviv said yesterday that they thought the explosion happened last week. The Israeli Government is investigating reports that it led to extensive structural damage and 200 workers had been trapped inside.

At this point there IS NO news to break. It is still unconfirmed speculation.
Blatant bias right there in the first sentence. I quit reading.
Well, that's interesting. The photo exhibited in a thread on FR showed no hole and no evidence of a building collapse, just a dark splotch that could have been a cloud shadow. Also, there was no seismic evidence found at Fordow anywhere near the alleged time of incident (going out days, weeks).
I hope the destruction did occur but some things still don't add up.
Jay Carney has been confirmed by the London Times to be a lying sack of camel dung.
Funny you should mention that. A few years ago there was a FOIA request for the Canadian government’s dossier on Obama. It was turned down for obvious reasons. The incident got me to thinking what the Israeli’s must have on this guy.
It looks like one of the early reports with photos as supposed evidence may have come from Business Insider. The IAEA said that there was no explosion. From time to time, an Iranian university feminist or other Iranian expatriate will report that some Iranian nuclear facility or other was mysteriously damaged in a huge accident. The story has been told more than once and gobbled with delight by global business interests (see oil, markets).
Businessinsider.com issued a false report with a manipulated photo on that story.

Thanks!
“It done blowed up.” Arabic: “Allah ack’Kaboom.” :>)
Iranians don’t speak Arabic, or most of them don’t.
The main target for these Iranian nuclear bombs, in the subtext, are not the Israelis, but the Arabs across the gulf.
Its not just the Israelis and the Americans that want to do something about the Iranian bomb.
Israel takes care of business, while Obama/Biden want to kick the can down the road, talk one on one with Imanutjob.
Well, I've been to the Middle East a number of times. There are a few actual smart people, but there are far too many people who are just one generation away from being another camel jockey. So I'm going to go with "OOPS" on this one, as in "hey Moe!"
Maybe the Iranians were testing a nuclear-bomb suicide vest.
Not possible. The WH declared it didn’t happen.
well my day just got a little bit better....wonder if there were any visiting registered Democrats amongst the trash?
From the damage it looks like the iranians got a late christmas present delivered from about 30,000 feet. Hey Inquisitor. No one has provided any evidence iran is not pursuing peaceful nuclear energy Huh. The iranians are doing this nuclear work 300’ down inside a mountain fortified in concrete and guarded by their elite guards. They refuse to let the inspectors check this facility. That sounds real peaceful doesn’t it. Actually, there isn’t much left to check now anyhow.
Just goes to show that, even in Iran, manufacturing is taking a hit.
