I'm fairly sure I don't understand what you mean.
According to the article, the ever-lovely Mizzzzz Brawley changed her name and skipped town to avoid paying the judgment against her.

Lived in CT at the time, so it was a constant stream of news non-stop for days. My initial impression was Tawana Brawley was lying and that proved out. I knew of Al Sharpton (the Reverend) before the Tawana Brawley incident, his name would pop up from time to time in the local press as an activist. Once he got involved with Tawana Brawley I was convinced it was all BS. It's beyond me that once the truth emerged Al Sharpton managed to emerge unscathed ... now considered a paragon of black virtue (more or less). The guy Don Imus apologized to over his remark about female black college (Rutgers?) basketball players a few years back. Give me a break.

Steven Pagones, who was falsely accused of raping Brawley in 1987 and finally tracked her down, thanks to The Post. I wonder if anyone was helping her hide.

Depending on NY law 25 years of avoidance might be enough to get off the hook based on Statute of Limitations, depending on when the judgment was rendered, and if such judgments are subject to the Statute of Limitations.
She also might be able to bankrupt the whole thing.

Now her supporters will decry the Whitey for going after her wages while trying to support herself and her kid. Where’s the dad? Sharpton and Jackson should be co-conspirators in this and made to pay. They pushed the racist aspect of the case and took advantage of the girl.

As far as Im concerned she acted out of childish stupidity.Who give a sh!t WHY she did it? What she did was ruin the lives of those she falsely accused. She committed a criminal act with real consequences to others and she should pay
Or to put it another way, suppose I'm late for church and run s stop sign and injure you. I have a good motivation. Should I NOT be held liable for the injuries?
Personally I think she should face criminal charges and face the same sentence as those she accused faced if they were found guilty. She should be rotting in jail. A $400k civil judgment is nothing compared to the potential consequencs for her victims.

He didn’t have to:
Maddox was found liable for $97,000, Mason for $188,000, and Sharpton was ordered to pony up $66,000, money that was coughed up by O.J. Simpson lawyer Johnnie Cochran and others.

Yup, too bad they can’t garnish Sharpton’s salary from MSNBC. He probably makes enough to pay off a $400K judgment in a month or so.

You watch. She’ll have supporters coming out decrying the courts verdict. Whitey’s fault.

Call her up and say “Hey, lets make a deal - I will settle for a PUBLIC apology on national TV (preferably Hannity)” and make her put the blame where a LOT OF it really belongs, on ‘Reverend’ Al.

There was an article a few months back on her. She's a muzzie now, and her parents (step-father?) said she could go to any mosque and they'd protect her.
Perhaps her new friends could pony up the damages?
To: cripplecreek
Your honor, even though my client did in fact murder the victim, he acted out of childish stupidity, non-withstanding the fact that he’s 43 years old.
