Following a public policy meeting of African-American leaders, National Urban League president Marc Morial and National Action Network president Al Sharpton called for a new national assault weapons ban, saying the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution should be regulated.
The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are not absolute. One cannot yell fire in a crowded theater and hide behind the First Amendment, said Morial when asked by TheDC if he supports California Democratic Sen. Diane Feinsteins assault weapon ban bill.
And we absolutely think that the idea of banning a military style assault weapon, a weapon that I am confident that Thomas Jefferson and James Madison never laid their eyes on, is not inconsistent with the rights of those who self-protect, those who shoot, who want to participate in sporting and hunting,
TheDC asked Rev. Sharpton if he agreed with Morials comments.
Absolutely, I mean if you look at the Second Amendment it was that you would have militia to protect yourself in case the government came and attacked citizens, he responded.
First of all, if the government were to come to disarm you, you would not be able to use an automatic weapon to defend yourself. Lets be serious. Were in a world of drones now so the Second Amendment would not help you in that area. It is absurd to try to cite that.
People do not have the right to unregulated rights in this country, Sharpton continued....

I believe the entire nation is in for a remake, in the eyes of the founders, a return to constitutional leadership.
“People do not have the right to unregulated rights in this country
Communists do not have the right to live in this country.
Here’s the “logic” that I saw him using:
The police state has become so powerful in the age of drones that it is pointless to resist, so there is no reason for you to maintain the means to resist.
Introduce a law saying “BLACKS” can’t own guns and watch him squeal like a stuck pig.
But resist we much we must muck and we
will much mulch about that be committed.
I was kinda thinking along the same lines.
It’s the ‘War on Whitey’.
Why because the white democratic crooks promote the dimmest bulb black politicians so they are not threatened. They did it in Chicago, they went after the compentant black man who was running for mayor, but to throw a sop to the black political establishment they put two literally crazy black women into the race. Lets say one day Sharpton goes off the plantation, that will be the day the NYTs lets us know that sharpton is sympathetic to the black violent racist Zebra cult.
More pearls of wisdom from that paragon of virtue, Tawana Sharpton.
” took on the most powerful organized military in the world as well as their hired professional Hessian mercenaries.
Please, don’t be so hard on those Hessian troops, I probably wouldn’t be a citizen of this great (and under duress right now) country if it weren’t for my Hessian ancestry. My ancestors were “wheeler and dealers” and instead of fighting for the British they took 13 acres of land and a cow from Washington, George that was, and went to farming in western Pennsylvania. I guess you could say , it was sort of an entitlement for the times.
This is the story handed down to me by my “pappy” anyhow.
Only the democrats tell us we don’t have rights.

.
Can you imagine how brilliant and patriotic Americans like Alan West and Tim Scott feel about crooked AA cokehead creeps like Al “Fashion-Mart” Sharpton and Barak Hasan Obama II?
(Hussein and Hasan were both brothers of Mo-Hammed.....)

>>People do not have the right to unregulated rights in this country, (Said) Sharpton<<
So what part of Sharpton’s 13th Amendment rights should be regulated?
Agree
People do not have the right to unregulated rights in this country.
Kinda depends on what you mean by “unregulated rights”, or more particularly by “unregulated”.
One person’s rights end where another person’s rights begin.
As people say, “A person’s right to swing his fist ends where another person’s nose begins.”
As they forget to say, “A person’s right to locate his nose ends where another person is swinging his fist.”
Some sort of regulation, even if it is self regulation is implied.

Too many of us concede the left’s definition of things.
We object to the words “collective” or “collectively” because the left started using the terms “collective” and “collectivism”, even though none of us do everything individually. We do some things with others, in other words we do them “collectively”.
We bridle at the term “social justice” because the left uses it, but as I recall the term was first used by some Catholic priest or monk before Marxism.
The left steals the language and gets knee jerk reactions from us because we concede to their definitions, while the massive “undecided” look at us askance because they don’t see the words the same as we do, or the same as the leftists do.

Rev. Al just keepin it real. Ha ha what a joke! I listen to his radio program every now and then just for giggles.
