The new judge in the Fort Hood shooting rampage case faces a controversial decision next week: whether to spare Nidal Hasan a possible death sentence and let him plead guilty in the worst mass shooting on a U.S. military installation.
Hasan wants to plead guilty to 13 counts of premeditated murder, Army rules prohibit a judge from accepting a guilty plea in a death penalty case...

I still don't understand why this muslim pos is still vertical and sucking O2.

And coat the bullets with bacon grease. Have him watch the grease being applied to the bullets. Allahu FUBAR!
Just string the SOB up already!!
“... Feed his corpse to wild pigs.”
And that part of the Texas Hill Country has wild pigs.
The cowardly bass turd wouldn’t have any options if he was being tried in the rat hole that he crawled out of. He would have been hanging from a crane a long time ago.
Suspect?
Really?
***** “Try him tomorrow. Hang him on Monday. Feed his corpse to wild pigs. Broadcast it world wide.” ****
Why wait till Monday?
TT
No Monday Night Football this week. I need wome kind of entertainment.
Yeah I realize it will never happen.
The regime wants this case to go away since it puts their "diversity" policies in a really bad light.
I bet his 14 victims (one of the soldiers was pregnant) wish that death was not an option....for them.
I’m surprised he hasn’t already been “taken care of”.
Is that an admission of guilt I’m hearing from the suspect???
Is he paralyzed now? Give him a lethal injection. It wouldn’t be a quality life (so say the libs on NPR, I think).
Baraq Hussein Ubama doesn't want to admit ANY acts of terrorism have happened on his watch. Boosh lied to us and skeered us with false tales of boogey men lurking out there to do us harms.
There were witnesses. He was guilty from the beginning. IMO, the Christian way would be to allow him to seek God for about 24 hrs. after his arrest. Shoot (maybe be a bad shot for a few minutes),shovel, shutup, would maybe be sufficient.
**Feed his corpse to wild pigs.**
No, for all the death and mayhem, he deserves to have a squealing piglet taped to each of his legs, and then feed him alive to several hungry, lactating sows. Under those circumstances, even commercially raised sows will behave violently. I wouldn’t want to watch though.
**Broadcast it world wide.**
No, let people picture in their minds how bad it would be. Instead of a torturous death happening in a few minutes or less, the imagination can make the horrifying event go on for hours.
Why wait until Monday? March his sorry hiney straight from the courtroom to the gallows!
Ft. Hood ain't what it used to be, that's for sure. That's for damn sure.
If he had been white, hed already be on death row.History supports this statement.
McVeigh was fast-tracked
On August 10, 1995, McVeigh was indicted on 11 federal counts, including conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction, use of a weapon of mass destruction, destruction by explosives and eight counts of first-degree murder.[54]On February 20, 1996, the Court granted a change of venue and ordered that the case be transferred from Oklahoma City to the U.S. District Court in Denver, Colorado, to be presided over by U.S. District Judge Richard Paul Matsch.[55]
McVeigh instructed his lawyers to use a necessity defense, but they ended up not doing so,[56] because they would have had to prove that McVeigh was in "imminent danger" from the government. (McVeigh himself argued that "imminent" did not necessarily mean "immediate.") They would have argued that his bombing of the Murrah building was a justifiable response to what McVeigh believed were the crimes of the U.S. government at Waco, Texas. The 51-day siege of the Branch Davidian complex resulted in the deaths of 76 Branch Davidians.[57] As part of the defense, McVeigh's lawyers showed the jury the controversial video Waco: The Big Lie.[58]
On June 2, 1997, McVeigh was found guilty on all 11 counts of the federal indictment.[59]
