The real threat to the USA has always been the greedy multi national corporations that put the Communists in the driver’s seat thanks to trade policies enacted by traitorous politicians of both Parties and NYC financiers who forgot their primary responsibility is allegiance to only the USA and to Americans.
Instead they put their net worth and off shore bank accounts as foremost.
Whoever told you corporations, multi-national, single-national, privately owned, any type....are there for philanthropy, justice or welfare of US citizens, lied to you big time.
By definition, corporations are free to make a profit for their share holders the best way they can. If that involves cheaper labor, lower taxes or less restrictive regulations in other countries, that is where they will take their business. Instead of attacking the corporations, attack the greedy politicians who keep increasing taxes, pass more and more restrictive regulations and do not put the kabash on unfair trading practices by other nations.

Can you say Dickie Blum ( DiFi’s husband) and Paul Pelosi (husband of you know who). These people have gotten rich doing deals with the Chinese at the expense of their country. They all should be hanging from a lamp post in downtown San Francisco.
Your misunderstanding of the way of the world seems near total. We no longer live in a world of limited travel, of limited communications of limited business. We live in a world of global trade.
Global trade means that the products we consume are sourced globally. Your PET/CT Scan is likely done on a machine and with equipment containing components from all over the world. Your TV set or smart phone or automobile contains elements from all over.
I think that if you knew about American very small corporations that operate in many many places in the world you would be astounded. They have very few employees, less than a hundred or so but compete in global markets because they have truly great products.
The corporations are not greedy, the multinationals are capitalist. You seem to oppose capitalism at it’s most basic level. You seem to oppose the freedom to have and grow a business.
Opposition to capitalism and to freedom are very telling attributes.
