A British court has sentenced a man to five years in prison for posting gruesome beheading videos on Facebook.
The 42-year-old Craig Slee also put online links to a communique by al-Qaida in the Islamic Maghreb, or AQIM, that encouraged terrorism.

Who do you think the US based its Bill of Rights on?. England (1688) and Scotland (1689) have Bill of Rights older than yours!. And the UK has a constitution.
He was convicted under the Terrorism Act 2006, which made posting such videos illegal. He is the first non-muslim that has been convicted of the offence as far as I am aware.
This is an offence which was brought in in 2006, to combat extreme UK muslims posting such vile crap. You are wrong if you think this is pandering to Muslims in the UK, quite the opposite. Labour brought it in after the 2005 London bombings, to help clamp down on Islamic extremism in the UK.
It has been used since then to jail a few extremist UK Muslims. In fact this clown is the first UK non-muslim to be convicted of it.

Upon reading the title, I assumed this was the infamous “chainsaw execution” video. Google at your own risk. Not Al Qaeda. Mexican drug gangs. Most gruesome thing I’ve ever seen on the internet. First posted at vKontakte —Russia’s stolen version of facebook.
