President Barack Obama offered on Saturday to provide any assistance the Algerian government needs after a deadly hostage siege at a desert gas plant and said the United States was seeking a "fuller understanding" from Algerian authorities of what took place there.
"The thoughts and prayers of the American people are with the families of all those who were killed and injured in the terrorist attack in Algeria," Obama said in his first comments on the hostage crisis.
Obama's written statement was issued by the White House after the Algerian army carried out a dramatic final assault to end a siege by Islamist militants in which 23 hostages were killed, many of them believed to be foreigners.
The statement made no mention of Americans who were caught up in the hostage crisis.

Just more less than optimal bumps in the road as far as Hussein is concerned.

When Obama got elected in 2008 I remember telling my kids that the office of President should never be occupied by a person in need of ‘on the job training’. Here we are in 2013 and he hasn’t learned a damned thing. If course, it may be he doesn't care or he's just plain stupid. Perhaps he's evil or can't see reality over his ideology. In any case, he's dangerous and his second term has just begun. God save America from this man and the people he surrounds himself with.

What! He didn’t jump to make political points for his personal agenda by standing on the dead bodies of those hostages?
He let a crisis go to waste...... probably because he couldn’t blame it on law abiding white people.

This is the same crap Obama has been peddling over Sandy Hook. He needed a fuller understanding on that too.
He decided to ban weapons and wipe out the 2nd amendment as a result, that is he will after a couple months of smears and demonization of good people.
Now in Algeria, he is stumped because he probably supplied the weapons to the bad guys.
That is probably what the “fuller understanding” probably is.
Move along, nothing to see here.

He is being vulgar, just like when he flips us the bird during debates.
His ‘fuller understanding’ is from ‘feeling fully full’

Just like in Benghazi - if you don’t believe it was an “Oct Surprise” gone wrong - you can figure this out in two seconds...
Al Qaida is on the move, Libya left a vacuum, radical muzzies are taking over Africa...and the US is impotent, uneffective, defunded and run by idiots...
But hey, we gotta a partay on Mon, screw the dead!
Oh, and Mooooooch has a new do!!! Yay!

Thanks kristinn.
This is strange -- Zero claimed to know EXACTLY what brought about the Benghazi murders BEFORE they even took place. The statement made no mention of Americans who were caught up in the hostage crisis.

Were they “deeply concerned”, as well? That’s always a knee slapper.

Obama is a lazy and detached office holder. Worse than that, when he does work, we see an evil, undisguised sociopath who cares for no one but himself. His behavior during the Benghazi massacre is proof that is fully capable of letting Americans die to preserve a ridiculous lie that he made the world safer. Can you imagine a worse situation for America. His malevolent words and ideas are the germs of a plague spreading fear, malaise and uncertainty. He is the voice of Doomsday. The morons who voted for him deserve him.

Obama, Hillary and their legion of ilk have blood on their hands.
They are responsible for having the colonel killed setting off a whole new game for the Islamist in Africa to take full advantage of.

Lets seek, the Al Queda allies of Hussein, using assault weapons and arms obtained from the American CIA in Benghazi, attacked a BP operated gas plant (thats the Macondo spill BP) in Algeria, and everybody died. Especially Brits.
Looks to be much more effective for the islamists, than Benghazi.
