Sadly, Churchill saved England from the Nazis, but today, they are losing England to the Muslims. There is no Churchill to save them.

27) If you have an important point to make, dont try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time-a tremendous whack.Let's cut this one out and give it to the squishy, get-along RINOs...

The only leader whom I esteem above Reagan. In order: Churchill, Reagan and Thatcher.

One of my favorite quotes about Churchill rather then from him was from a great article about Churchill’s use of language by Isaiah Berlin:
” But, in the event, it did turn a large number of inhabitants of the British Isles out of their normal selves and, by dramatizing their lives and making them seem to themselves and to each other clad in the fabulous garments appropriate to a great historic moment, transformed cowards into brave men, and so fulfilled the purpose of shining armor.”

Thank you for the post of Churchill, he was a wonderful man who loved freedom and said so as well a great leader of Briton and a man of strength and character. He had iron in him as a man of his word, a great mind, an awesome strategist, an impeccable leader of Britain's people whom he loved. Men like him are few and far between. He seems to be Christian influenced.

10 What kind of a people do they (Japan) think we are? Is it possible they do not realise that we shall never cease to persevere against them until they have been taught a lesson which they and the world will never forget?
This one I haven’t heard before, and I sure wish someone would say it again with some authority. We don’t fight our enemies with even 10 per cent of this fortitude.

I think a lot of his toughness came from the fact he was half-American. Forget British caving to Islam in 2013...they were more than happy to cave to the National Socialists and World Socialists in the 1930’s, and Churchill was totally out of phase with popular British thinking of that day. However, one of the better traits of Americans was that they didn’t quit no matter what...at least, back then.
