(Reuters) - New Jersey Republican Governor Chris Christie harshly criticized the National Rifle Association on Thursday for referring to U.S. President Barack Obama's children in an ad that advocates putting armed guards in schools, calling it "reprehensible" and "wrong."
"I think it's awful to bring public figures' children into the political debate," Christie said at a press conference in Trenton, New Jersey.

He doesn’t like to cross his good fwend, Obama
future of the republican party my ass.
Why doesn’t this idiot just proclaim that he is a Democrat and get it over with.
Well, he can kiss 2016 “goodbye” with that statement.
I’d put money that he converts to the DNC shortly. You can stick a fork in him. He’d done as anything else but a Democrat.
But he has no problem with Obama using other people’s children to advance his agenda.
So does Guv’ner Sta-puffed think its reprehensible that the children Obama didn’t exploit yesterday and now on the White House youtube channel not being exploited some more?

Can you say “Humpty Dumpty”? This guy is losing conservatives at a rapid rate. Must be the water. Union only workers for Sandy clean up. WTH?
Hey Christie, you steaming, quivering quagmire of pig guts, tell us exactly when it was that you went Down Low with BarryO.
TREASON is 1000x worse than “reprehensible”, Chris, 2-faces-have-I, Christie.
Yup!...and Ann Coulter gets to spit again....
The New Jersey meat balloon is a rat and an Obama suck.
Very well said and succinct. Lightning struck. :-)
Oh bite me Christie, you fat ass. This guy is the mold that all RINOS are made from.
Crispie Cream better watch where he walks. If he’s over less than 2’ of reinforced concrete, he might cave through the earth into his own crater.
Well so much easier now for me to write Christie off, another GOP RINO I can forget about.
An example at being at war with his own party members/the base. He cannot blame the media for destroying his chances for the next election. His own mouth, his views may have done him in. For. Good. The media is damaging him now so when they prop him up for the primary, (as they did with Romney) the base will not support him.
