MANSFIELD — The Mansfield North Central Ohio Tea Party Association will have a rally in support of the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms and to celebrate Gun Appreciation Day at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 19, at the Central Park Gazebo, at Main Street and Park Avenue.
