An “under honorable conditions” discharge is NOT a Honorable Discharge; it is a General Discharge.
A deserter should not get either of these discharges.

This man deserted in peacetime, 1982 (roughly), violating an oath he took voluntarily at a time when there was no excuse for objecting to our military’s actions or mission. I’m not sure what makes that honorable by Obama’s standards unless it was mutilating himself. If Obama thinks either action is honorable, I wish he would get moving on doing it himself. I’d love to have our alleged commander-in-chief follow any of the actions of this “honorable” traitor. 31 years without Obama would be the best thing that could happen to our country (and if he wants to imitate the traitor’s body modification, this is one of the rare cases when I’m okay with that too).
