“Own best interests” is Alinsky-speak for “my best interests.”

Like the guy who consistently acts against his own Country's best interests is qualified to judge the actions of another? Pfffffft.
I didn't think I could hate him any more than I already do, I was wrong.

“I didn’t think I could hate him any more than I already do, I was wrong.”
Obama’s contempt for America and Americans seems to be without limit.
My hate for him tracks that.

Unfortunately, seems most of the voters in the US in the recent election did not know their own best interests also, they reelected the thing.

The forward thinking documentary Obama’s America:2016 by Dinesh D’Sousa is coming truer every day since it is already Obama’s America now and it’s not even far into 2013 yet.

They didn’t care. They were in it for instant gratification.
And for some voters who did care... they STILL stayed home. Imagine that?

arrogant, smug, omni-potent, dismissive. He’s one or more steps down the ladder from the Greek god Mediocrities. Maybe someone will attempt to impeach his imperial majesty but it won’t stick because they’re “raaaaacccccciiiiiissssstttt”. Still stunned at the idiots that put this clown back in office. (even though it was a done deal and all the dems could have stayed home 11/6) What was the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results?

I do imagine that and it is a very sad commentary. Just like spoiled children whom their parents give in to every whim, most of the populace is so used to having it good or getting what they want without working for it, they don’t care or even care enough to make sure we stay strong, safe and independent. Perhaps a little revolution every once in a while is a good thing because those left at the end know what it was to reach for and fight for a cause. Our pop culture society full of imbiciles who cannot do any analytical thinking is its own worse enemy.

The date was December 22nd, 1944, during the Battle of the Bulge at Bastogne.
Lt. Col. Ned Moore told General Anthony McAuliffe that we had a German surrender ultimatum. The General’s first reaction was that the Germans wanted to surrender to us. Col. Moore quickly disabused him of that notion and explained that the Germans demanded our surrender. When McAuliffe heard that, and once he got over his incredulity, he sent back a very succinct response to the Germans - “Nuts!”
Even in the face of overwhelming odds, to simply surrender does not speak well of personal bravery or courage. The Israelis lack neither, a fact that Bronco Bama cannot seem to get his head around.

So, if Israel stops the settlements Iran will love them, Gaza will be peaceful, all will recognize the right for Israel to exist, and the Madrassas will start teaching that Jews are worthy of love. Right?

Remember, Comrades...nobama hates you, hates your family, hates your freedom, hates your success, hates your happiness, hates Free America, hates Americans, hates the Constitution, hates the Rule of Law and hates the Bill of Rights. nobama is a hate crime foisted upon America. nobama is the Destroyer . So according to Obama, it is in Israel’s interest to trim its borders to 6-10 miles wide while surrounded by 160 million hostile Arabs with 650 times the land.

This is nothing new from the left. Remember What's Wrong With Kansas? (or whatever the title actually is) -- the book that ponders why people vote against their supposed "best interests". Of course, the author (or in this case Obama) makes the arrogant and ironic leap that their opinion of what someone else's "best interests" are is the same as what they themselves would decide their best interests would be.

Yes. And ‘sworn in’ to whom and in who’s name is the question.
