Tom, always considered you a FR friend, still do. But I’ve seen you take a slightly adversarial position with me recently, and now what I would term as a somewhat flippant response to some very serious s**t going down these days. What’s up, man?
It was revealed, but it was not declassified.
Anyone at a lower level than President, who was briefed on the classified program and made the same revelation, even merely quoting the President, could be subject to stiff penalties, including lengthy prison terms.
By taking away the 1st Amendment, there’s no need for the second.
If POTUS breaks the law {felony level} or deliberately breaches national security such as unauthorized release of classified material, POTUS should like any other citizen be subject to arrest and prosecution. The same agency which oversees POTUS security should also be bound by law to report any known violations by POTUS as well as arrest for same. Yea I know I'm dreaming. Not even POTUS should be above the law.
I saw the video, which I think he took down fairly quickly but which was reposted by several others.
He said in the video, “I am ready to start killing people.”
Sorry. He &%$#ed up. While that is not a threat against a specific individual, it is past the line. Any overt threat against named or un-named people is past the line.
He got what he asked for.
Sorry, I was going from memory ... from the article, he actually said, “I’m going to start killing people.”
Very bad judgement on his part. He left the people in a position of public safety no choice but to suspend his CCP.
POTUS has presidential immunity.
This may be unfortunate, and lead to bad results, but it is the law.

The New Black Panthers say they want to kill White people and babies. At least he didn’t say Black, Gay, Jews, Amish, Muslim, Korean etc. people.
I think this guy is either a hothead or a smart guy who is pushing for a ruling on free speech vs hate laws. We shall see.
