I firmly believe that a large part of their base could not legally buy a firearm due to criminal history, mental illness or just plain stupidity. Of course, his goons and voter base will obtain firearms of all kinds illegally. The NRA needs to continue to lead the fight and increase its ranks in the wake of this constitutional showdown.

Green card holders do have different rules when it comes to purchasing weapons in some states. A buddy of mine has to show two proofs of address plus I think he has to wait five days even though he has a concealed weapon permit.
