Kordell’s strength is that he was a good but not great receiver who could be used in gadget plays. Even without the Slash thing he probably would have had a good career as a possession receiver, teams like that 3rd option receiver that finds a way to be open when the top 2 are covered. Like Wes Welker. The gadget play potential would have increased his value, but even without that he would have lasted. But he wanted to be a QB, and the rest is history.
Tebow really needs to stop listening to the people that love him for non-football reasons. It’s great that he’s an awesome guy, but that’s not what NFL players get paid for. Problem is all that love is blowing smoke up his rear end, they keep telling him he’s awesome on the field too, and he just isn’t. Not as QB. He’d make a great RB with gadget plays though. But first he has to stop listening to the people that love him.
The problem with you is that you’ve had so much of your own kool-aid that you’ve begun to believe yourself.
Run-first QB's rarely make it. Tebow I think could be a good FB or TE because he is a very good athlete. He's not a top NFL QB, like many other high level college QB's, like Stanton, Andre Ware, Joey Harrington, David Carr, Tim Couch, and Akili Smith.
