Dash cam video taken by an SPD squad car shows Issac Ocak taking sharp blows to the face while other officers held back his arms. (Warning: full video contains graphic language.) Ocak says he was brutally beaten by officers in December 2010 while shopping at Seattle's Westwood Village.
Once the police dash cam video surfaced, he enlisted the help of attorney James Egan.
"This officer is a bully with a badge," Egan said.

That is cowardice, not “bullying”.
The problem is that it seems that this kind of officer is the rule rather than the exception.

You’d think that after passing the police officer exam they d’bee smart enough to not do that on camera LOL
Stay away from the Seattle cops.
Roid rage replaces logical thinking.
Maaany officers are combat reservists —there’s huge synergy between the roles. This is especially true in a time when we’re fighting a long, low-intensity war.
When a country fights a long, low-intensity war, it turns soldiers into cops, and cops into soldiers.
They come back from a place that seldom had a coherent set of laws, and the new insurgents are ordinary citizens.
Now that we have a Prez who will be sending the US military into 29 countries in Africa, that WILL trend will continue; the notion of having a neighborly exchange with street cops will eventually seem absurd.
Cops will be OCCUPIERS and ENEMIES.
Sad, huh...? It’s coming.
The video is clear.
The guy was biting the officers hand.
The officer immediately reacted to the bite by striking the biter to get him to release his hand.
The biter drew blood from the bite he inflicted.
Like I said, the video is clear.
There was no reason to punch, there were 3 other cops holding the guy.
They did it because they can, you could be next.
Is this guy a “peace officer” serving the public? Are any of them in the film clip?
part of the 95% that give the other 5% a bad name
Yes hulka, the video is clear. Three officers had the guy from behind when the 4th one grabbed him around the head for no apparent reason, inadvertently sticking his finger in the guys mouth. There was no reason for him to grab him like that at that time. If he didn’t, the bite doesn’t happen. Anyone sticks a finger in my mouth at any time for any reason, the finger gets bit, clean off if possible. That cop is a goon. Guaranteed this isn’t the first time he’s roughed someone beyond what is considered reasonable.
And all this time I thought the good voters of Seattle loved their union thug cops.
All of these officers should be fired.
isn’t pot legal there? this cop needs a big bag of weed.
In Seattle? Yeah, right.
If they were “fishing” for information why was he bent over the hood of the car by what appears to be four officers and why was his nose being pushed severally upward when the bite occured? Even after the officer was bitten the guy was still under control, he appeared to be under control when his nose was being pushed upward. If the officer had not been doing that he probably would not have been bitten. Of course We haven’t seen all the exchange and it does appear they were probably dealing with a POS with a violent background but the only one the film shows out of control is the officer. The officers holding the “victim” are placed in a bad situation by the out of control officer because if they release him worse things can happen.
Any particular reason the "officer" had his hand around his face since there were two other "officers" man handling him?
What particular laws were being broken that the innocent until proven man was treated like a criminal...
That’s what I was wondering: how does one go from leaving your car at the curb with the engine running to having a cop’s finger in your mouth?
You’re incredible, Hulka.
That said, I fear the imminent police state and not just because it will be populated using affirmative action.
