What you have explained is EXACTLY why the Tea Party Caucus needs to stand together and put serious pressure on the republicans in the house. If they are afraid to stand up to the democrats, they should be able to find the courage to let the Tea Party caucus stand up for them.
The congress convenes on January 20. We have 17 days to make them listen!

I really don't know what "convenes" means technically, but the next Congress starts 01/03/2013, and their first order of business is to "chuse" a speaker. ( Buckwheat will be Immaculated 01/20/2013)
