A Kansas sperm donor who was ordered to pay child support for the baby he helped a lesbian couple conceive plans to fight back in court, and suggested he might be a victim of bias against same-sex parenting.
William Marotta told FoxNews.com he might never have agreed to provide sperm to Angela Bauer and her former partner, Jennifer Schreiner, had he known the legal morass that awaited him after responding to the womens Craigslist ad for a donor in March 2009. The Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF) recently filed a child support claim against Marotta after the couple filed for state assistance this year, leading the department to demand they provide the donors name so it could collect

If you donate a car to a needy family and they have an accident are you responsible?
So two lezbo’s without the ability to support themselves want to have a baby and make the state pay them ‘assistance’?
Good planning...
Take the kid away from ALL of these losers
Giving sperm so two women can play mommie is unnatural. No one should be surprised when it leads to absurd outcomes.
he is NOT anonymous.
this is the legal equivalent as recreational sex with a bonus.
The child has ONE father and ONE mother. PERIOD. end of story.
the woman’s recreational sex partner is of no consequence to the child.
Totally agree. I’ve never been for this type of manipulation of nature.
From now on, post warnings similar to the Surgeon General’s cigarette warnings on every surface in a sperm bank’s spaces, including the collection cup.
This “couple” may do the impossible: Make Octomom look sane.
Of course not. He's a wallet with legs.
I was reading about this guy yesterday. Things were going fine until the lesbos decided to climb on the government gravy train.
hahahaha...
The kid has three daddies and no mommy.
I hope there’s a Statute of Limitations!
The most confusing day of the year for Obama’s base?
Fathers day.
No way tired of the fleacing of men by woman due to their own actions....
There is a simple fix to this...require the entity providing the insemination procedure to be bonded, so that when parents of the artificial child stick their hands out for $ support, it’s not the taxpayer that has to pay.
Without fertility services provided by someone who makes money on the deal, the artificial child would not be possible. If they knew beforehand that they may be on the hook for the cost of raising the kid, they would be much more careful about who they did the procedure on....or if they even engaged in that business at all.
OH GOOD LORD post a warning before viewing...the blood is shooting out of my eyes...
“Its just a mess all around! Let this be a lesson to everyone not to even engage in things like this. Dont bring any children into this world unless youre in a traditional, man/woman marriage. But thats not P.C. anymore.”
I guess in a nutshell, what you are saying is: “It’s not nice to mess with Mother Nature is it!” FWIW, I hope the moron has to pay until the child is 18! Dumb moves have consequences. The child at least deserves a chance to grow up without all the welfare hassles.
You should consult an attorney and it would be beat to sell it for one dollar and make sure the title is transferred before you let them take possession.
Best post so far on the matter. This is where we end up when children become a commodity like a car to be sold, traded, or donated. They are aborted, conceived in test tubes, "borrowed" via sperm donation, and all other sorts of "artificial" means. When life is no longer considered a sacred gift from above, its value diminishes. I'm not blaming Baynative, this is just where we are at this point, making comparisions between children and cars.
Everything about this story is horrifying. How sad and pathetic it is, but the biggest victims are the children who have been wedged into the misfit world of these two women. Who can honestly say the life the adoption agencies, social workers, and sperm donor placed these kids into is really in their best interest? Those kids are doomed to be losers before they even take their first step. Look at those two women (in post above), would YOU want to be their kid?
