Hmmm... I'm thinking....

thinnking...

thinking of a way to scrounge up $10 and buy pens, pencils, maybe a good pair of scissors? And support these Hobby Lobby / Mardel Book Store people.

This Christian business is doing what anybody with a backbone should be doing. The least we can do is say "Amen."

Great Idea.

I’ll go there next week and buy something and then send them a note thanking them for their brave stance.

In the 80’s I nearly acquired them as a customer. I lost the deal but still respected them as a company.

Same as I do for Chick-fil-a and In & Out Burger.

Well that’s great. Now I’m hungry.

I’m thinking I’ll go to Sonic for some onion rings.

Amen.

We don’t have a Hobby Lobby in our area but we’ll make it a point to stop when visiting my mother-in-law who has one by her.

I bought the majority of my Christmas decorations at Hobby Lobby this year - they just opened one by me a few months ago. I absolutely LOVE the store! I also found two glass canisters that I had been looking for forever. As long as Hobby Lobby by me stays open it will be my first stop for any of my jewelry making needs as well. They have a really nice selection of decorative wall crosses as well, one in particular I’ve got my eye on. :)

I was there last weekend....bought a rock tumbler and some colored pencils. There was a sale going on and it was very crowded. I wonder if their stock is publicly traded.

Hobby Lobby is one of the few stores that carries the Krylon
Looking Glass Spray Paint needed to make those wonderful
antique mercury glass look-alike items.

Krylon sprayed on clear glass items---lots of tutorials on-line.
