Nowadays, I don’t think it’s beyond the realm of possibility...
That would only happen if you happen to be unlucky enough to be among the first Americans to be confronted by said jackbooted thugs. It will only take a handful of such incidents to ignite a nationwide response that will provide the nation a deep and enduring lesson about the real reason for the 2nd Amendment.
It will also result in the complete repudiation and extermination of all things leftist in this country. If the left wants to see their political philosophy and all its adherents banished to the four winds of the globe, I say Bring It. They'd be doing us all a favor, in my opinion.
Wait until Zimmerman gets properly let off in a pre-trial hearing. The NY Times and MSM will really love that!

You will note that all of these loud mouth Mayors and Governors all have armed local police, state troopers or private armed guards whereas they would like to leave the common citizen unarmed. People should be asking Bloomberg and his fellow hypocrites why they need armed protection and their citizens do not.

Why are you draining the citizens of their hard earned tax money to pay for security guards for yourself, and refusing to pay of security for our children?

I wuz walking the dog at a County park the other day and saw a practice session of SWATing a School Bus and a City Transit bus.
(Plus we've seen one of the local SWAT (we have both City and County) teams doing pt in the park (they looked like it would be time well spent to help reduce their drag on 0bamaCare).
The only “scourge” of concealed weapons is keeping the things that way. Open carry would be much more comfortable if not for the reactions of the bigoted.

Your query reminded me of something. I was at my cousin’s bank the other day, waiting for him to do some business inside. On the door is a gun with a circle around it and a line through the circle. BUT, the bank has an armed guard inside at all times. Now, I wonder why the armed guard was employed if the sticker on the door was thought to deter crime in the bank? ... Yeah, I know, it’s the liberal mental disconnect. Magic Thinking gives liberals a thrill, but money is something just too precious to them to let their mental disorder (MT) endanger their monies.
Exactly. In fact, MSM Gregory’s children go to the same school as the Food Stamp President’s children do which has 11 or 12 armed guards at all times. He is one of the biggest MSM pimps mouthing off against having armed guards at schools.
