A 'what if' gun-seizure scenario
WND ^ | December 20, 2012 | Joseph Farah

Posted on 12/21/2012 7:18:13 AM PST by Perseverando

Exclusive: Joseph Farah warns, 'Something very bad for America is coming'

(Editor’s note: The following commentary by Joseph Farah is a hypothetical scenario, but one all-too-believable given the anti-gun hysteria in the media and here in the nation’s capital. It is offered in the spirit of what former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emmanuel once said: “Never let a good crisis go to waste.”)

WASHINGTON – President Obama today issued a sweeping executive order banning the manufacture, sale and possession of all semi-automatic firearms in the U.S.

Obama cited for his authority for the action a national state of emergency that has been in effect ever since Sept. 11, 2001, and renewed annually by both President George W. Bush and Obama ever since. He also cited portions of the Patriot Act that suspend certain civil rights that remain classified.

The dramatic action by the president follows closely on the heels of the Newtown, Conn., massacre of 27 schoolchildren and teachers by Adam Lanza a week ago.

Gun-control advocates have been pushing for tighter gun control ever since the attack on the Sandy Hook Elementary School, the fourth mass shooting in the U.S. in 2012.

Yet the action was surprising because Obama vowed to present a detailed plan of action in January after naming Vice President Joe Biden to head a blue-ribbon panel including Cabinet members, law enforcement officials and various agencies of the government. Biden convened the first meeting of the panel only yesterday.

That’s how quickly it could happen.

That’s how liberty could be lost in America in one day.

For many, today was the day the world was supposed to end, according to the Mayan calendar and other ancient documents.

Well aside from the police captain's ideas on stopping mass shootings, this here's pretty good:

Exclusive: Cops, detectives,.... tell Natural News they will not enforce gun confiscation orders

Well, you won’t find any of the “supposed to” arguments.

Police radio distinctly reports 3 suspects. Two of those suspects have been scrubbed. You can still find the audio of the police radio on youtube (People have been circulating it, so it gets taken down, then put up again).

You will also hear clear calls for the Red car. And New Jersey plates.

then check with CBS timelines, and you will see that Ryan was identified VERY quickly (Supposedly based on the New Jersey Licence Plate information). Then the reports that the two friends of Ryans have gone missing in New Jersey (In the effort to put them on the scene).

But the entire operation was screwed up, and Adam was instead implicated. From this, a story has to change. “This sort of thing” is seen whenever Psyops (And psy-ops aren’t a tin foil thing. It’s a legitimate tactic) and the “Boots on the ground” arne’t in perfect sync. Wierd things like this occur.

The key is to look at the inconsistencies: They are not random.

The father is dead in New Jersey. No, sorry the mother is dead in Newtown.

The Shooter is Ryan. No, sorry, it’s Adam.

Ryan is in immediate custody. his father is in New Jersey, also being questioned. No, sorry the father is in Stamford.

The body inside the building. No, sorry, outside. No wait, inside.

A man was removed from the woods. No, sorry. that didn’t happen. Oh, there were witnesses ? Yeah, sorry, that happened then.

A rifle in the trunk. No, sorry - the rifle was used in the killings. There was a shotgun in the trunk.

We’re looking for a red car with blown out rear window. No, sorry, we have a Black Civic right here with connecticut plates.

A lot of people are saying “There are many stories going on.” This isn’t true. There are two stories going on. And the second story exists so that Ryan could be implicated in the event. And I’ll tell you what - Ryan’s Facebook app on his phone may have very well saved his life. he was able to post to his page from the office and from his commute.

That Facebook implication of Ryan was released BEFORE the crime scene was cold. The Media thought they snuck into the incident - They were LET in to create the confusion necessary to bury the mistake.

I think the secession movement here in texas would go into high gear, warp speed actually. Probably much of the Red L states might follow, not sure. Also, probably would be followed shortly there after by a rapid demographic shift of populations. Some transplants and other assorted liberals would migrate to Blue states and vise versa. Sooo, would be a lot of uncertainty and a state of flux for the foreseeable future for sure. Probably a little shooting for awhile too. But, keep in mind that the military is very conservative. So this would be another shaking out too. Would be interesting times for Sure.

Yes!
Really!

I’m not selling ANYTHING!

Making drug sales illegal has impacted those transactions HOW?

It would require generations of this idiocy to have any impact.

Much will change ahead of these feeble attempts.

"That’s how liberty could be lost in America in one day. "

Stupid statement!

That’s how the few remaining liberty liberties we now have could be lost in America in one day.

Does even JF suffer the HUTA position...

Don’t leave out Pennsylvania. Once you get away from the cesspools of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh you are among 1,000,000 friends who hunt with more than one high powered rifle .

"“meaningful concessions”"

What we actually need are meanful expansions of rights.

Also we need to have meaningful expansions of disarming 0banama supporters of illegal firearms in liberal hellwholes like Chicago.

>> Now see, you flew right over Kansas without acknowledgement.

SO SORRY! Didn’t mean to slight any good state full of Conservative fellow travelers. (tell you what, he whispers: we’ll forgive your Kathleen Sebelius if you’ll forgive our Ann Richards. Deal?)

>> I’m sure we’re all in, except for Lawrence.

They’ll come around. So will Austin. We got ‘em surrounded.

Such an EO would tie-up the entire Federal court system for the next 13 years, and lead to what future Historians will come to refer to as “The Avalanche Tidal-Wave (Unexpected) GOP Sweep and Recovery of 2014”.

I have a question for anyone who can help. I have a 10-mm handgun. I have not been able to find ammo for it locally for quite some time now. I am about to purchase some online, but I am not sure what to get. What is more important? Bullet weight or muzzle velocity? And does anyone have any preference to any particular brand? Does it make any difference what type of practice rounds I use? And finally, can I use .40-cal ammo instead? Several people have told me I can, but mathematically, .40-in is bigger than 10-mm.

Thanks in advance.

You could use a pair of vise-grips to squeeze ‘er down to 9mm.

There are many “off the books” firearms out there.

But to remain outside “their” spectrum of interest, these firearms holders must not have any other indication of ownership.

No evidence (credit card, mail order, video surveillance, neighbor’s reports, etc.) of ammo purchases, accessories, targets, visits to ranges or shooting areas, related magazine subscriptions, etc.

The owner can’t also have any “legal” firearms. That puts him under the microscope.

Maybe the theory is give up the ‘registered’ ones when they ask, but retain the others. Don’t know how well that will work out. Being an owner makes him marked, forever in my opinion
