Gov. Cuomo is pushing for New York to adopt, by one measure, the toughest gun controls in the nationand he may have help from across the aisle to do it, the Daily News has learned.
Cuomo is in talks with legislative leaders to expand the states ban on assault weapons and to outlaw gun magazines containing more than seven bullets, sources said. That would be more restrictive than the toughest limits now on the bookslaws in New York, Massachusetts, Hawaii and the District of Columbia permitting magazines that allow for the rapid fire of as many as 10 bullets.
In a major shift, Republicans in the state Senatewho have long thwarted new gun controlsare now open to expanding the states assault weapon ban, although they have not yet signaled what new limits they would accept, sources said.

Make your list as the gun grabbers pop up in the media. These will be the Communists pushing forward their agenda.
LOL!
One thing I’ll say for Pennsylvania - - the topic of gun legislation is totally taboo here.
...Unless it has something to do with getting rid of the few laws on the books.
And that’s why the base stayed home. Tired of the GOP phonies.
than the NRA had better work with them to figure out that price.
Now we’re down to seven rounds. Wanna bet the goal is to get it down to one?
He is one of Karl Rowe’s GOP Elitist?
The MSM, and all other leftist “entities”, continue to spin the falsehood that everybody in the GOP, at each and every political level, is a conservative, when, unfortunately, it isn’t true, yet, if ever.
Would that take out the M1 Garand Rifle, and limit the M1 Carbine and the M1A Rifle?
"The ship of fools is an allegory that has long been a fixture in Western literature and art. The allegory depicts a vessel populated by human inhabitants who are deranged, frivolous, or oblivious passengers aboard a ship without a pilot, and seemingly ignorant of their own direction. ...
A 1962 novel by American writer, Katherine Anne Porter of the same name, set in the autumn of the year 1931, also uses the device of the allegory, and can be seen as an attack on a world that allowed the Second World War to happen."
Remington, which is based in NY(I think) has been considering relocating out of the state because of other legislation or regulations the state government was considering. If I was them, I would go ahead and leave to more friendly states, just to stick to New York over this.

I wish I could push hard for Cuomo to serve hard time for his role in the sub-prime, financial disaster of 2007. As head of HUD, Cuomo eagerly worked with his master, Bill Clinton, to force banks and lending institutions, under threats from the government, to give loans to unqualifed buyers. Throw Janet Reno in there two. I’d love to have a large photo in my den of those three clad in black and white striped prison uniforms breaking rocks with a ball and chain around their legs.
Andrew Cuomo and Michael Bloomberg could end up challenging each other over who believes in gun control more (Nanny v.s. Nanny), in the race for ‘16 POTUS. If it happens, then bring the popcorn!
And look at what staying home got us.
Love you, but really “two?” Refresher course for you:
I am going TO go mad if people keep screwing up to/too/two.
TOO many people like Cuomo . [Hint if something is too much or too many there are too many “o” letters. [Got it?]
Those TWO, Cuomo and Reno, should be locked up. [Two — like “twin” — TWO of them.]
Please don’t give our liberal enemies ammo to say we are illiterate. I have seen many a fine argument ruined because the author made silly spelling mistakes which cuts down on how effect it is. Sorry if you missed this in the first grade, but maybe you were out sick or something.
