What part of police procedure is it to grope and cavity search a female ‘suspect’ on the side of a public highway?

The pretext for the search was marijuana, not potential weapons hidden in one or both of their snatches, to be crude. Yet, when it appears the officer violates someone, it is always the threat of weapons, etc. that becomes the reason.

Were I their lawyer, I’d give this trooper a rectal exam on his documented and validated expertise at determining just how and when one determines that and what are the exact levels between transition from occasional use to daily use.

He pulled them over for littering - not terrorism.

“...I’d give this trooper a rectal exam...”

Best of luck with that...

THE US Supreme Court ruled on this matter - weather an infraction or a known felon - officer safety comes into play...Remember Timothy “Blew up the Federal Building” McVeigh — pulled over for a traffic violation...you assume too much in this instance - and just because some NEWS article writes about - doesn’t mean they have the facts straight — the latest school shooting has PROVEN that as each day they covered a situation they did not fully understand - but rushed to be “THE FIRST” to report it...stop getting emotional over this...wait until the situation is investigated fully.
