“...I’d give this trooper a rectal exam...”

Best of luck with that...

THE US Supreme Court ruled on this matter - weather an infraction or a known felon - officer safety comes into play...Remember Timothy “Blew up the Federal Building” McVeigh — pulled over for a traffic violation...you assume too much in this instance - and just because some NEWS article writes about - doesn’t mean they have the facts straight — the latest school shooting has PROVEN that as each day they covered a situation they did not fully understand - but rushed to be “THE FIRST” to report it...stop getting emotional over this...wait until the situation is investigated fully.

Yes, best to assume the cops acted correctly, even when and especially if video exists to the contrary.

Disparage anyone who believes otherwise, and always “wait {as long as needed} for the facts to come out” when cops act badly.

Because, you know, cops should always be treated with the utmost respect, or it’s “Fine — see how fast they come to YOUR house when you need them!”

Yeah! What he said! Who are you going to believe, BCW or your lying eyes? Clearly the internal investigation would show that these dangerous and uncooperative, potential felons were never cavity searched and even if they were, it was entirely appropriate as they were "civilians" and as such, should have no rights. Besides, LEO elites should not have to explain themselves to the unwashed masses so just be quiet and accept it unless you want your dog shot. Littering is a gateway crime. Before you know it, these two could go on to even worse crimes like jaywalking.

There was a time when I had nothing but respect for police. That has changed. There are too many Barney Fifes like BCW who who really think that what they do is more dangerous than say, being a roofer or a convenience store clerk or a farmer or dozens of other jobs. I do have friends that are cops but not the kind who think they are some sort of paramilitary elite.

And as far ast "facts" go, just what the heck does Timothy McVeigh have to do with this. Yes he was pulled over, etc. probably because every cop within a thousand miles was on the alert because their own, or their federal cousins, were down. It is a stretch to take littering to a full blown drug cavity search on the side of the road based on a frickin nose for "officer's safety" BS. I could believe the old "I shot the little Chihuahua because I feared for my life" excuse before this.

Are you unable to view the video?

Clear as a bell to the rest of us?

Watch the video and imagine your daughter being second in line to get a dyke’finger up her butt with used gloves?

What if your ass was next?
